Call Centre Message Handling

Because we’re always here, our ARC lends itself to answering telephone calls on behalf of customers.

Our service is tailored to individual needs, covering not only 24 hour emergency service but also sales enquiries, contingency planning, product recall and environmental issues, to name but a few.

All incoming calls are logged and recorded via our virtual ISDN network and automatic call distribution system. Customers can opt to have operator response or, for non-urgent calls, they can leave a message in a voicemail box associated with their company.

Using mobile communications, we provide the missing link in a virtual office which is particularly valuable for the small but growing business.

However, a significant proportion of our call handling is for the security industry, where we coordinate 24hr emergency engineer call out for alarm systems.
