Connections

September 2010

Hello Again,

In this months Connections column we have some interesting news on dual path signalling networks as it appears the gloves are off when it comes to attracting you, the installer, to use particular network suppliers.

There are some great deals to be had currently should you want to consider swapping out your current dual path signalling systems to another network service provider’s platform. At the same time there are opportunities to maximize your margins on your existing maintenance and monitoring contracts, whilst enjoying cost savings moving forward.

Whether you are an informed customer of SMS & NMS, or an installer who doesn’t get regular customer service visits appraising you of the options currently available, please feel free to explore the opportunities further by contacting our customer service or sales teams at SMS or NMS.

These exceptional deals when taken up through SMS or NMS only go to enhance the exceptional service package we offer already. With dedicated sales and customer service representatives travelling throughout the UK we maintain regular contact with all our customers as do the dedicated administration team, who process all the applications and order all the network connections. There are direct dial numbers and e mails all which call forward to mobiles if the recipient is out and about, you always receive a speedy response to any query you may have.

All of these services sit on a network infrastructure second to none, enabling us to be certificated by NSI for high integrity monitoring for both ARC and RVRC activities. We have a virtual telephony and virtual alarm handling platform across the two centres and therefore do not have to rely on 3rd party contingency plans as single centre ARC’s and RVRC’s do, the requirement of which is to be up and running again within 28 days!

In addition to the exceptional service levels we provide, we also invest heavily in our (and your) future, by continued investment in hardware and software bringing more innovative solutions to monitoring applications and customer connectivity to the services we provide.

That’s why we continue to trade after 27 years of service to the Fire & Security Industry and why we have seen so many competitors come and go over the years.

So why not give us a call and join a successful business that is here for the long haul!

Bye for now,

Steve
