This month sees the re-launch of BT Agile as a BT 21CN compatible grade 2 signalling device. Pricing has been adjusted to make the upgrade path from digital communicator to the BT Agile product more affordable.
We continue to have very successful upgrade campaigns through the BT Coventry telesales teams who have achieved up to a 22% conversion rate on communicators to BT Agile.
RedCare will pay you a commission through their incentive program and we also supplement that payment with an incentive of our own. So it’s a win-win situation for the installer who enjoys additional work, higher recurring revenue streams, commission from RedCare and SMS and the possibility of upgrading the system to a confirmed system as well.

Having said that we are also suppliers of all the major signalling networks and if BT RedCare is not your preferred supplier then give us a call and we will see what we can do to get those old communicators upgraded for you.
