Hello Again,
This Connections feature will be going increasingly electronic next year as SMS & NMS continue to improve their sales and customer services communication techniques.
Many of our customers now receive regular E Flyers detailing the latest promotions from the various network suppliers or new services that have been introduced to the ARC or RVRC.
This facility has now been further developed to include embedded video presentations from our YouTube channel, Podcasts, RSS feeds (to mobiles, etc.), and more. Communicating with our customers electronically enables them to hyperlink to MASweb - our online reporting and data management package - to access our procedures or network management systems, online applications or very latest product information. Needless to say, those installers who are not yet our customers can also hyperlink from our E Flyer to this website, product PDF’s or to the company's YouTube channel directly.
All of our sales proposals are sent on an SMS & NMS branded USB stick which contains all the details of the products and services (and prices) and, again, this enables hyperlinks.
By improving our communication channels, we are now in a position to deliver information directly to the decision maker and furthermore we can see what topics are of interest and measure returns we get on specific offers or promotions, such as the recent Grade 4 Grade campaign by RedCare.
As I mentioned in our October edition of Connections we had an extremely successful 2009 trading period and we now look forward to growing the business even further during 2010 by using innovative sales and marketing techniques backed up by unsurpassed levels of customer service.
