Hello again,
Who didn’t attend the Security Excellence awards? Not many by all accounts!
As the founder sponsor of the Security Excellence awards we are proud to be associated with such a prestigious event. It is involvement with such events and the people within our industry that makes SMS & NMS such different Companies to do business with.
In a marketplace where often the focus is on numbers and an impersonal service, we pride ourselves on putting some personality back into doing business by focusing on you and your business; we concentrate on what we can do to make our services as easy to use as possible.
You will always be able to contact any member of our team, you will always get a speedy response to your enquiry, we do not treat you as a number and furthermore we make sure that you are comfortable with our ongoing working relationship through the customer services dept. If you are finding that the levels of service you enjoy are deteriorating and you are unable to contact anyone, then please pick up the phone and give us a ring.
Northern Monitoring Services (NMS) is now in the final stage of fitting out the new ARC at Matrix House in Altrincham, continuing to provide a dual centre facility incorporating integrated telephony and alarm handling service with Southern Monitoring Services (SMS) in Waterlooville. The new ARC will be certificated for high security intruder, fire, CCTV and tracking and Southern Monitoring will be having an extension of scope to include tracking and high security intruder. The two ARC / RVRC’s will be utilising the latest Voice over IP technology on its dual routed phone switch, providing continuity across the network for telephony traffic.
NMS & SMS are offering major upgrade campaigns for remote signalling systems to overcome any BT21CN issues and also to bring single path signalling up to dual path for DD243 compliant systems, so again give us a call for more details.
For those installers who have enquired about Emizon IP signalling the product is undergoing final approval and will be launched in December, more on that later.
Bye for now,
Steve
