May 2010
As we move into May with an election result and an IFSEC month, the year just seems to be flying by; trying to keep up with developments is a task in its own right.
This month we have been really busy shooting interviews for our YouTube Channel with Simon Banks of CSL DualCom (view here) and also the team at PassivSystems on the official UK launch of PassivEnergyTM (Simon Lewis' interview on How PassivEnergy works, and Tim Day's on PassivEnergy training. Colin Caulder's interview had to be postponed due to the volcano victim - that's 2 out of 3 of the planned Passiv' videos in the can!).
Do take time out to review the short video clips, it’s a really quick and easy way to keep updated on developments from existing suppliers, whilst also familiarising yourself with new business opportunities that fit your current business model.
Southern & Northern Monitoring Services are currently enjoying a very healthy growth rate, both in increased business from existing customers, but also from new installers transferring in from other ARC/RVRC’s or joining us to start trading with the new PassivEnergy products.
As part of our service offering we undertake a review of your current estate of systems and provide you with a summary of savings that could be made on your signalling systems, thereby increasing your existing margins. We also look at how you might best provide solutions for integrated IP solutions, or how to protect your customer from potential BT21CN issues whilst enabling you to make a larger margin or your digital communicators.
Installers who have connections with other ARC’s / RVRC’s have found this of particular interest as they have enjoyed better prices from SMS & NMS and also better margins on their preferred signalling method and a better service as well!
During this difficult economic time you owe it to your business to ensure you make the largest margins on your signalling systems, so give our sales or customer services dept a call and don’t forget to look at the SMS YouTube channel for further developments.
Bye for now,
Steve
