Hello again,
Happy New Year and welcome to this month’s connections column.
As a new year begins we start with the launch of a new "virtual carer" service called ArchAngel. Lorraine Hughes formally of Geonovo and Connexion 2 has joined the team to head up business development through the installer channel, direct sales and also through telesales. Lorraine joined at the end of 2011 after Rod Wilson had moved on after nearly 5 years of intruder and fire monitoring sales with SMS. Rod has remained in the Security Industry (albeit in a different sector) and all at SMS & NMS wish him every success at his new appointment and would like to thank him for his valuable contribution during his time in the business.
ArchAngel, ArchAngel Carer and ArchAngel Companion are the three new service platforms, the first two utilizing existing mobile phone technology, the latter is a specific device. With ArchAngel PinPoint providing the management information, we supply a total solution from traditional lone worker applications, to remote supervision, Telecare, out of ours service supervision and time management, for more details contact Lorraine on 0844 873 0950.
ArchAngel reports into our MASterMind alarm handling platform at SMS & NMS via IMMIX, a processing platform which opens up a plethora of CCTV monitoring connections from systems that we formerly couldn’t receive via MASVideo. This maintains us in the unique position of continuing to provide high integrity "no interruption to service" for our CCTV RVRC monitoring as well as our alarm and virtual carer ARC monitoring activities.
The SMS & NMS team will be updating our customers with all the new monitoring features and encouraging the transfer of CCTV connections into SMS & NMS.
So here begins a brand new year, with brand new products and services, with a new sales and marketing strategy. We look forward to our continued expansion during 2012, which will be achieved without sacrifice to the existing standards of service provision.
