Southern Monitoring Services are one of the UK's largest and most comprehensive Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centres (RVRC).
Having been established since 1983 we are renowned for our highly trained staff who deal with a wide range of security, fire, CCTV, environmental alarm systems, etc.
On/Off Co-ordinator/Administrator

Alarm and CCTV Dispatch Operators
Due to our continuing expansion we are looking staff both our Waterlooville and Altrincham Alarm Receiving Centres/Remote Video Response Centres.
The role requires providing the appropriate response to remote alarm signals and the dispatch of the emergency services when required.
You will also be expected to answer efficiently a variety of inbound calls from both customers and alarm engineers in our busy control room.
Candidates require:
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Keyboard Skills
- To be able to pay attention to detail
- Be a team player
Customer Service, call centre or administration experience would be of benefit, but not essential. We have set procedures to follow hence full in-house training and mentoring will be given.
We are a 24/7 365 days a year organisation hence our shift pattern reflects that.
We operate a 4 on 4 off rosta consisting of 12 hour shifts that will include night shifts.
