ARC & RVRC - Monitoring perfection for the UK
Southern Monitoring Services Ltd (SMS) was established in 1983 and is based in Hampshire. It is a purpose built ARC - some 10,000 square feet over two floors of the most up-to-date technology.
Northern Monitoring Services (NMS), located in Cheshire, was established in 2003.
We are one of Europe's largest and most comprehensive independent Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) and Remote Video Receiving Centres (RVRC) with a customer base of over 1000 installers throughout the UK and Eire.
As a company, our highest priority is our customers. Customer development and retention are important to us and we are continually investing in both the structure of the company and our employees to ensure that we continue to offer a first class service.
We take training seriously. Every one of our employees has an individual training programme and, indeed, SMS is an NVQ assessment centre.
The business comprises four main departments: Customer Service, Operations, Administration and Sales. Each Team Manager is empowered to make decisions within their department.
