Our Administration Department is kept busy dealing with all incoming correspondence and opening new accounts. They also order both Redcare and DualCom signalling equipment on behalf of the installer via an electronic transfer system (ETS).
Changes to accounts, however, can only be made by more experienced members of the team. Remote changes to an installer's database carried out via MASweb are accepted onto the MAS monitoring system, too.
Fax notifications of alarm activations are sent automatically via Zeta fax on a daily basis, where appropriate; as are requested monthly reports.
Administration is also responsible for all the monitored accounts invoicing on a monthly basis which are then forwarded to the Finance Department for dispatch.
