Technical support falls into three categories:
- Maintaining the ARC’s uptime on hardware.
- Maintaining the ARC’s uptime on software and software development.
- Providing online technical support to customers associated with our services.
The first two are covered by proactive maintenance. However, technical support for customers is dynamic.
There is a technical element when connecting to our services so it is imperative that we make that process as simple as possible.
We even provide on-site assistance for new customers who have never used an ARC before.
