Technical Support

Technical support falls into three categories:

  1. Maintaining the ARC’s uptime on hardware.

  2. Maintaining the ARC’s uptime on software and software development.

  3. Providing online technical support to customers associated with our services.

The first two are covered by proactive maintenance.  However, technical support for customers is dynamic.

There is a technical element when connecting to our services so it is imperative that we make that process as simple as possible.

We even provide on-site assistance for new customers who have never used an ARC before.
