Our Customer Services Department is second to none and has a broader scope than is usually associated with customer care and retention.
Nothing is too much trouble for us. All our customers benefit from personal visits, engineering training, MASweb deployment and MASweb training on a regular basis.
We hold regular meetings with our premier dealers. They benefit from our in depth knowledge of the market which enables us to develop special packages for them which helps them develop their business.
When we do have the occasional problem, our Customer Services Team takes ownership and chases to resolve it as actively as we would chase a new sale.
